NoƩmi Tiphaine BanhiƩ is a professional in strategic communications and project management, committed to social justice and international development. She has led the design and dissemination of content (websites, newsletters, social media) as well as the coordination of initiatives in multicultural settings, notably as a communications assistant at the Ministry of Technical Education and Vocational Training in Abidjan, as head of communications and marketing at Angle Psy, as a paralegal at the CNESST, and in community mobilisation at Katalizo.
She is proficient in WordPress, Google Docs and the main communication platforms, and works in French (native language) and English (level B2/C1). She holds a Bachelorās degree in Political Science from UQAM (2024), a Certificate in English (2023) and a DEC in Legal Studies (2019), she helps to shape Kitambaaās communication and social marketing strategy, produce promotional materials and manage the organisationās online presence, whilst incorporating gender and environmental considerations to enhance Kitambaaās impact and credibility amongst its partners and communities.
