Fatou Bintou Diallo

Board Member of Directors

Fatoumata Binta Diallo is a Guinean entrepreneur and executive active in construction and public works, real estate, community development, and women’s empowerment. With more than 20 years of experience, she has been the founder and Chief Executive Officer of ALPHA BTP since 2004, a company operating in Guinea and Senegal.

She began her career at TOTAL Guinée (2002–2004) as an assistant to the works manager, where she designed plans, prepared tender documents, and supervised the execution of construction sites. She then continued at TRANS AFRICA Guinée (2004–2005) as logistics manager, overseeing fleets of national and inter-state transport trucks. In 2005, she became Chief Executive Officer of TRANS INTER AFRIQUE (formerly Trans Africa Guinée), which she led until 2013, handling administrative, financial, and contractual management.

Through ALPHA BTP, she has led the development of major infrastructure projects: more than 100 schools and latrines in rural areas of Guinea, and more than 200 units of social housing in Senegal. She brought the company into the World Bank’s Business Edge program, set up a QHSEC department compliant with international standards, negotiated major contracts with mining groups (RIO TINTO, GAC, CBG), and expanded the company’s operations internationally.

In 2021, she also founded SCI ALKAZAYE, specializing in real estate projects, and took part in developing programs integrated into Senegal’s Emerging Plan (PSE). In 2023, she developed ALPHA BTP’s CSR arm by supporting associations such as KITAMBAA, LA MAISON DU FILS, and the CCA.

Committed to social and community development, Fatoumata Binta serves as Executive Secretary of KITAMBAA, Treasurer of the La Maison du Fils orphanage, and an active participant in IGD and IFC forums as well as various international panels. In 2022, she received the Platinum Award of Excellence in Leadership in New York, presented by 1000 Shades of Women International.

She is a shareholder in major Guinean companies, SCF and SAVONNERIE ALPHA, and, since 2023, a shareholder in DIAMA BANK Guinée Conakry, a new bank fully owned by Guineans.

She holds a scientific baccalauréat, a BTS in Building Construction (France), and trained as a Site Supervisor at ESTP Paris. She also holds several certifications in management, QHSEC, and real estate development. She is fluent in French, and speaks English, Pular, and Wolof, and enjoys reading, sports, cinema, and volunteering.
