Invitation from the Swiss Embassy Residence

On Thursday, 17 September, Kitambaa had the pleasure of responding to the invitation of the Swiss Embassy Residence, on the occasion of the screening of an exceptional film entitled Did I Cut It Right?, directed and performed by Amélie Mbaye.

The screening was followed by a panel discussion entitled 'Breaking the Silence', bringing together several experts around issues related to women's mental health. Many testimonies were shared within the room, giving rise to rich, instructive and profoundly human exchanges.

The evening continued with a networking cocktail, during which the Kitambaa team had the opportunity to make some valuable connections, notably with the ambassadresses of the Netherlands and Canada. We discussed potential collaboration avenues and met several representatives from institutions with whom we shared our contact details with a view to future partnerships.

Kitambaa warmly thanks the organisers for this invitation and this essential initiative in favour of raising awareness about mental health.
