Abdoul DiaĆÆla Kader Diallo, born May 19, 1971, in Conakry (Guinea), is an experienced executive in Administrative, Financial, Commercial, and Logistics Management. Married with 4 children, and with more than 30 years of experience, he is currently Co-Manager of ALPHA BTP (operating in Guinea, Senegal, and Sierra Leone) as well as of SCI ALKAZAYE.

After an internship at the firm FFA-Ernst & Young, he began his career in 1994 at the SociĆ©tĆ© GuinĆ©enne d’ÉlectricitĆ© (SOGEL), where he successively held the positions of Investigator and then Chief Accountant for the Conakry Regional Directorate. There, he carried out structuring initiatives such as accounting coordination, staff training, mastery of the GESABEL software, and the implementation of customer-service improvement programs.

In 2002, he joined the SociĆ©tĆ© GuinĆ©enne d’Assurances et de RĆ©assurance (SOGAM SA), first as Head of Internal Audit, then as Director of Reinsurance and Management Control. There, he oversaw the design and negotiation of reinsurance programs, monitoring of reinsurance and facultative treaties, payments to reinsurers, as well as internal management and inspection of agencies in Conakry and the interior of the country.

In 2009, he joined ALPHA BTP, where he coordinates the Administrative, Financial, Commercial, and Logistics Departments and contributes to strategic decision-making. His role has since extended to real estate management with SCI ALKAZAYE, starting in 2021.

Abdoul Diaïla Kader Diallo has taken part in numerous international seminars on insurance, reinsurance, audit, logistics, quality management, and finance, notably in Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and the United States. He is fluent in several national languages (Pular, Susu, Malinké), has excellent French, and speaks working-level English. He is also known for his community involvement: Past President of LEO Club Conakry Doyen, Past Founding President of LEO Club Conakry Bondabon, Past President of Lions Club Conakry Kakoulima, Past President of Zone 142 (Guinea and Sierra Leone), and an active member of several associations for development, education, solidarity, and professional networking.

For his 36 years of volunteer service with LIONS CLUBS INTERNATIONAL, he was awarded Lifetime Lions status and a Melvin Jones Fellowship.
