Abdoul Diaïla Kader DIALLO, born on 19 May 1971 in Conakry (Guinea), is an experienced executive in the fields of administrative, financial, commercial and logistics management. Married with four children and with over 30 years’ experience, he is currently co-manager of ALPHA BTP (operating in Guinea, Senegal and Sierra Leone) and of SCI ALKAZAYE.

Following an internship at FFA-ERNST & YOUNG, he began his career in 1994 at the Société Guinéenne d’Électricité (SOGEL), where he held the positions of Auditor and then Head of Accounting at the Conakry Regional Office. There, he carried out key initiatives such as coordinating accounting processes, training staff, mastering the GESABEL software and implementing programmes to improve customer service.

In 2002, he joined the Société Guinéenne d’Assurances et de Réassurance (SOGAM SA), initially as Head of Internal Audit, and subsequently as Director of Reinsurance and Management Control. There, he oversaw the design and negotiation of reinsurance programmes, the monitoring of reinsurance treaties and facultatives, payments to reinsurers, as well as the internal management and inspection of branches in Conakry and across the country.

In 2009, he joined ALPHA BTP, where he was responsible for coordinating the administrative, finance, sales and logistics departments, and contributed to strategic decision-making. His role then expanded to include property management with SCI ALKAZAYE from 2021 onwards.

Abdoul Diaïla Kader DIALLO has taken part in numerous international seminars on insurance, reinsurance, auditing, logistics, quality management and finance, notably in Africa, the Middle East, Europe and the USA. He is fluent in several national languages (Fulani, Soussou, Malinké), has an excellent command of French and speaks academic English, and is also noted for his involvement in community organisations: Past President of the LEO Club Conakry Doyen, Founding Past President of the LEO Club Conakry Bondabon, Past President of the Lions Club Conakry Kakoulima, Past President of Zone 142 (Guinea and Sierra Leone) and an active member of several associations for development, the promotion of education and solidarity, as well as professional networks.

In recognition of his 36 years of voluntary service with LIONS CLUB INTERNATIONAL, he was awarded LIONS FOR LIFE status and a MELVIN JONES Fellowship.
